Meet Leah
“Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark.”
With over 20 years in the industry, Leah is a skincare veteran. She’s been a licensed Esthetician for nearly 15 of those years – having graduated from Robinson’s Cosmetology School.
Prior to founding Wax A Peel in 2011, Leah began her post-license career working for a Plastic Surgeon as a Clinical Esthetician – performing primarily chemical peels and cellulite treatments. She’s worked as the Head Esthetician for Clarins Cosmetics – helping them open their pilot store in San Francisco.
Leah also spent 2 years honing her craft at an upscale waxing salon – nailing down the best and least painful techniques for waxing.
She’s completed & received certifications for the level 1 and level 2 Advanced Peels Classes through Aesthetics Plus Training Center as well as certificates in advanced waxing including Body Beautiful Full Body techniques, the Cirepil Stripless Wax Course, and the Brazilian specialization course at Aesthetics Plus.
She’s extremely passionate about what she does and genuinely enjoys being an Esthetician. She calls it her calling and feels blessed to have so many wonderful & amazing clients that enrich her life.

Meet Asya (She/They pronouns), lead esthetician here at Wax A Peel. Asya became a licensed esthetician in 2019 and has been with Wax A Peel since 2022. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and loves to help others feel confident in themselves, inside and out. Asya specializes in facial services, including chemical peels and hydrafacials, as well as brazilian waxing and they are our Wax A Peel brow expert. Asya brings a wealth of knowledge from their beauty industry experience and 3 years of leading an esthetics department in a 5 star salon. Outside of Wax A Peel, she also leads advanced education classes in brow lamination and eyelash lifts. When they are not at Wax A Peel, Asya enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading sci-fi novels, cooking and giving back to her queer community.
Deborah has been a licensed Esthetician for 15 years. She started her journey in search of finding a way to cope with her eczema, and quickly fell in love with helping others transform their skin and uplift their confidence. Deborah specializes in skin & body treatments, as well as Brazilian and brow waxing. She is experienced in both holistic and medical spa settings. She pours good energy into all of her clients, and believes in the power of touch. Outside of the treatment room, Deborah enjoys being a mom of two boys and two fur babies. She loves to dance and lives her life by this quote:

Rachel is a dedicated and friendly front desk professional of nine years with Wax A Peel. A passion for providing exceptional customer service, skilled in managing appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment, ensuring the salon runs smoothly.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her five children, two grandchildren, partner, and five dogs. She also loves listening to music and heading into nature to find new adventures.

Kiarra is a licensed Esthetician whose passion for skincare began through her own journey with rosacea. After experiencing firsthand how challenging skin concerns can impact confidence, she discovered her calling in helping others feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. She believes that every client deserves personalized care, genuine compassion, and results that leave them feeling empowered.
Building meaningful relationships with her clients is one of Kiarra's favorite parts of being an esthetician. She strives to create a welcoming, relaxing environment where every guest feels heard, cared for, and valued. Whether she's performing customized skincare treatments, expert waxing services, or enhancing natural beauty through lashes and brows, her goal is always to help clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and radiant.
Outside of the treatment room, Kiarra enjoys spending time with family and friends, embracing life's little moments, and finding joy in helping others feel like the best version of themselves.
