CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY:
We get it, sometimes life gets in the way………
Cancellations must be made at least 4-hours prior to your appointment time to allow ample time for us to fill the vacant spot. Cancellations made less than 4-hours prior to your appointment time will be charged a 50% service fee unless you reschedule for another time.
To remain on time for all of our clients, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, depending on the service we may reschedule and a 50% service fee will be charged.
